The Partners of Metagora

— the engine of the project

Metagora is a network of partners and associated experts who share a common goal and whose efforts point in the same direction: bolstering the respect of human rights, standards of good governance and principles of democracy by enhancing their monitoring. These partners are the effective engine of the project. They are research centres, National Statistical Institutes, National Commissions of Human Rights or NGOs. With their knowledge and local expertness, they implement or assist in the implementation of various pilot activities. The lessons learnt in their particular activities are shared with the other partners and form the brick stones for the Metagora synthesis reports.

Six Partner Implementing Organizations are formally linked to the project and form the core-group of the Metagora Partners Group. However, Metagora has established working-relations with several other organizations working on similar issues.
